There's nothing complicated here. Just a few simple steps to help your body soften and your mind to clear. When you're ready, close your eyes and take a deep breath in and let it go. If your mind wanders during the meditation, that's completely natural. Just gently guide your attention back whenever you notice. Some days punch you in the face. Let's reset. Take a deep breath in and sigh it out. Not yet, but in just a moment. You'll feel lighter, clearer, and back in control, bring your awareness to your body. Gently scan from head to top. If you notice any tension anywhere, softly squeeze that area for a few seconds and then release. Feel your body becoming looser, lighter, more at ease. Breathe in through your nose for four. Hold gently for two and slowly breathe out, as if you're blowing out a candle to the count of six. In for four, hold for two, and out for six. Allow each breath to soften and steady you know. I reset, I move forward, I let go, I reset, I move forward. Take one final slow breath in and gently breathe out. Notice how you feel now. Even a small shift is enough. You've given yourself a moment to pause and to reset. When you're ready, open your eyes and continue with your day. A little lighter and a little clearer. Thank you for taking the time for you.
